Here are a few of the questions we get asked a lot. These may help to answer the enquiries

Q:

How do I register with you?



A:

New customers should click on "My Account" and click on the "Apply for an Account" button and follow the instructions to complete your application.

If you are an existing customer, but you do not currently have a web account you should click on "My Account" and click on the "Apply for an Account" button, then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "I am an existing customer who wants to apply for a online account" button. Then follow the instructions.

Q:

How do I place an order with you?



A:

Once you are registered you can place an order by telephone, fax or via our website
You can also email your order to sales@hertsfullstop.co.uk

Please include the following when placing your order:-

• Your account number
• Your establishment’s name & address
• Your order number reference
• Contact name, telephone number & email
• Catalogue product code(s) & quantities required
• An expenditure code, where applicable

Q:

Can I track my delivery?



A:

If your order is for a Stock Item, it will be delivered on your scheduled delivery day, if your order hasn’t arrived by 4pm, please contact customer services on using the number at the top of this page, please have your account number and order number ready.

If your order is for a Non Stock Item (NSI) delivery will be direct from the supplier, delivery times will vary depending on the type of products on order, please have your account number and order number ready and we can chase this up for you, call us using the contact number at the top of this page.

Do you charge for delivery?



A:

Standard delivery
Is free of charge, with no minimum order value
Orders must be placed by 4pm, 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery day

When will my delivery arrive?



A:

Stock Items
Your delivery will arrive on your scheduled delivery day (s) providing your order is placed by 4pm at least 48hrs prior to your scheduled delivery day
If you are unsure of your delivery day – please call Customer Services using the contact number at the top of this page.

NSI – Non Stock Items
These are delivered directly from the supplier, delivery times will vary from different suppliers, please check the delivery symbol for an estimated delivery time

Please note that delivery times will be extended during the busy periods

HFS will deliver to the address provided by your organisation when your account verified and opened. If you would like to request a change of address please send the new address details with the reason (i.e. change of school location) on an official letterhead to info@hertsfullstop.co.uk 48 hours in advance of any order.

Can I collect my order?



A:

Yes you can

Need your items in a hurry?

We offer a same day collection service from Action Point – Mundells, Welwyn Garden City
You must telephone your order by 2pm and allow 2 hours before collecting your goods
Last collection is at 4pm

Click & Collect – Next Day Service - is available from Mundells Welwyn Garden City only.
Place your order by telephone, fax or online by 4pm to collect your order after 9am the following working day.

Collection times may vary during busy periods.

How do I return something to you?



A:

No quibble returns
If something we have supplied is damaged, faulty or unsatisfactory, we can arrange an exchange, repair or simply refund the cost of the item in full
If you have ordered something in error or simply changed your mind, please make sure that the item is unused and still in it’s original packaging

How do I get there?



A:

Herts FullStop
Mundells, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL7 1FT
By road: From A1 (M) Junction 6. At exit 6, keep left onto ramp
towards A1000/Welwyn Garden City/Welwyn. At the roundabout
take the first exit onto A1000 (Hertford Road). At the next
roundabout take the second exit onto A1000 (Bessemer Road).
Follow the A1000 over the the next two roundabouts. At the next
roundabout, take the first exit onto A1000 (Mundells).

Q:

How do I make a payment?



A:

Payment is due within 28 days from the date of invoice.
If you choose to receive your invoices by post then they will posted out soon after the end date of the calendar month in which delivery was made.
If you choose to receive your invoices by email and you are a daily invoice customer they will be available to download the day after the delivery was made.

Payment details can be found on the reverse of your invoice.

How do I get a COSHH / MSDS / Safety Data Sheet?



A:

ALL COSHH sheets are available on our website. Please type in the product code in the search bar to find the specific COSHH sheet you require. If it is not available for any reason please contact Customer Services on 01707 292 300. We also have COSHH information wall planners available. Please use code: - 305 760 on your order

Please note all prices quoted on the website exclude VAT. Your invoice will quote prices excluding & including VAT
